[JAWS-Users] How to locate the toolbar in Outlook 2010

Hi. This seems such a basic question, but I can't figure out how to get to the 
toolbar in Outlook 2010 except by using the JAWS cursor and "route PC cursor to 
the JAWS cursor." Any suggestions?
