Thanks, John. Insert-F8 is a new one on me, and it does bring up the toolbar,
so a useful command to know. Curiously, the item added this morning ("mark as
spam") doesn't appear in the 29-item list. I wonder what it could have been
added to instead? As I mentioned, I can get to it with the JAWS cursor.

Hi. This seems such a basic question, but I can't figure out how to get to the
toolbar in Outlook 2010 except by using the JAWS cursor and "route PC cursor to
the JAWS cursor." Any suggestions?
