Ditto Brother printers. After being a loyal HP customer for nearly two decades, two or three years ago I had two HP printers die on me in quick succession. Calling HP accessibility support had me on hold for an hour in one instance and much too long every other time. I'm happy I switched to Brother.

It's not the printer as much, as it is the web interface to that printer. Since the web interface it just like a webpage, it should be perfectly acceptable using jaws.
