When you do a Control-Shift M for a new mail. Type in the address, if that is the one Hit the delete key and gone. If your Outlook and I had Outlook 2013 and now using 2016 your e-mails are set-up in different accounts/folders. Your prime folder will have Calendar and Contactthis computer only, this will have it and you will have to be careful. Yet find the name and delete from there, either way will work.
