If you have not received an answer to your question yet, let me tell you
what I do using Outlook 10. I open an email to send and start typing the
name of the contact that I want to delete. When it appears auto filled out
in the, to box, I press the delete key. And, walla, the contact is gone and
won't come up the next time you start typing that name or contact.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Removing an old email address

I am using W10, outlook 2010 and latest jaws and I would like to know how to
remove an old email address that is no longer in my contacts or address book
list. Anytime I try to send a certain email jaws always always enters an
old invalid address that I cannot locate. I would appreciate it if someone
could tell me how to find this rascal so I can rid myself of it. Thanks
much for any help.
