I am already subscribed to the course, but I haven't started yet. It is supposed to be a basic course.

I would like to learn a bit of this software, because some translation projects have to be worked on that software.

I've had a bit of a play with Dream Weaver.

If you are starting with a good knowledge of the structure of HTML and
CSS code, it's kind of doable, but it you're starting from scratch, it
might be a bit of a challenge.
If it's just HTML and CSS code you are writing, a good text editor would
be easier.
