I have Comcast coming through my outlook, that is how I read my email.
I can't help you there. If there are JAWS users who work with Comcast perhaps they can help you. If Comcast does not work with JAWS then you might want to consider an email service that will do what you need. I also have folders on the website to save important or interesting messages so I have them even if my computer crashes or Outlook gets corrupted.
