Thank you so much.  That's exactly what I was looking for.  I'm going to 
save this message, as I'm sure I'll need it again.   though.  I did enough 
uninstalling and delete of the default jcf files, that I finally got 
everything to work again.

Thank you and thanks to everyone who tried to help.

And Dan, if you want to e-mail me off list, I'll give you a link to a page 
where you can learn about Skype and scripts for it and a list for blind 
Skype users.

eI didn't see where repair was in the latest version though.
