Hi Kathy, I have done this in Excel 2000, and when I tried to remember how to do it in Excel 2003 I have not been successful. I will see if I can locate the spreadsheet where I used this today at work. I did find directions on how to accomplish this, but I could not convert it to keystrokes from mouse clicks.

If so, you can go to the Microsoft website template website and type the type of template you want and then download it to your computer and customize it in Excel the way you want it. Another one that you might want to try is Microsoft Access and do the same thing that I have mentioned above.
