John, It is a 3-D reference. I can't figure out how to do it with JAW, but I'm working on it. It is interesting that this question came up when it did. I will need to do this exact thing in 2 weeks.

I have not been able to figure out how to actually configure a pivot table especially using no vision. The default EXCEL style is to bring up a dialog / wizard where they then expect you to 'drag and drop' Columns , Rows, and data fields. If you get this to work, can you describe the process to the list? Right now I end up having to do some excel work and then I forward the worksheet to a sighted co-worker to create any pivot tables I need for my reporting. I'm not sure how to link up details on one page and have totals on second page. If so, you can go to the Microsoft website template website and type the type of template you want and then download it to your computer and customize it in Excel the way you want it. Another one that you might want to try is Microsoft Access and do the same thing that I have mentioned above. Hope the above info helps. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Cathie J" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "jaws-users" <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, August 07, 2006 12:51 PM Subject: [jaws-users] excel question > Hi, I'm looking for advise to set up a detailed expense sheet with a > second sheet that trackes totals for items like groceries, utilities, > etc. > Thanks for suggestions. > Cathie > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > > > Visit the JAWS Users list home page at: > http://www.jaws-users.com > > For a complete list of email commands pertaining to the JAWS Users List > send a blank email to: > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > Visit the new archives page at the following address > http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ > Yahoo!
