I would say that broadband verses HTML is a misnomer. Broadband VS dial 
up. Or HTML VS text. But Broadband VS HTML doesn't make a lot of sense.

What they probably mean is that the HTML is pretty basic vanilla HTML, and 
the broadband is loaded up with FLASH and animations. Which would also 
make sense why JAWS would have trouble with that.
