Actually, a better solution is to change the configuration for just that one site--the chat room, in this case. While IE is open to that site, press INSERT+V and open the configuration settings that apply _only_ to that one site and make the change there. When you close this dialog, these changes will be saved permanently. In general, it's probably not a good idea to use the Configuration Manager's Misc settings dialog to do this, since the changes will then apply to every site you visit and you may not want that much control.
