Hi, try this...

In Word,
Do control F for find.
Type in the search term then tab to
"more"
and press the space bar.
In the new window,  tab to the entry after "cancel" which should say
"search Combo box"
and, from that combo box, select
"Up"
then tab back to
"find next"
Hit spacebar
This will do a reverse search from where you are in the document.
