After you do tools and accounts then tab to add...press Alt A, then that 
lands you on mail...enter on this. From here youron a setup wizard just 
follow the prompts to setup your new account.

Hailley, thank you.  Don't mean to sound dumb but still can't seem to get
into account.  After alt t do I use the hot key for a "add-ons"?  I did that
and couldn't get anything for account.  I'm using Jaws 6.2 if that has any
baring.
