Hello, I have a friend who's wanting to re-install his JAWS 7.0 on his del computer because jaws isn't speaking correctly in microsoft word. It seems to stop on some words, and skip over others. It also seems to substitute the term blank for lines of words.
I thought that re-installing might be just a little drastic. any ideas what we might try to straiten jaws out.
