Hey David I thought I would have to set up an account with Insight on there pages first. They are my ISP. How do I get an email from the second account. Will it come in like my emails do now. First of all I'm thinking that you already took care of setting up a second email account with your ISP prior to all of this. If you have multiple accounts under the same identity outlook express will automatically check for new messages on all of them at the same time. When you wish to send out an email from the to: field if you shift tab once you will land on the list of email accounts setup under that identity. You can just up or down arrow to the account you want to send the email from.
