Hey Debbie,
This is what I do when I want to send an email to a lot of people.
1 open a new email ctrl n
2 alt t then r
3 tab 3 times to the address list
4 arrow down to the name you want
5 you can do two things 1 alt t as (tom) you will see all the names on the to
line. 2 alt b as (bob) this puts the name where other people can't see who all
you sent the email to.
6 after you get all the names you want to send the email to press enter
7 that will take you back to the email. It depends on if you did alt t or b.
alt b puts all the names on the bcc line.
8 then tab to the subject line then to the body of the email.
9 last do alt s to send it off
hth Patti

When in a new message, type the first letter of the person's name, then put
a comma, press space, type the first letter of the next person's name, press
comma, press space. You keep doing that until you get everyone's name you
want to send a message to.

Now if you want you can setup a group distribution list. That way you
wouldn't have to type these names manually.

Do you know how to setup a distribution list?
  Debbie
