You can go to the web site, go to the help section and search for pop3 and it will give you a option in setting it audomatically and give you instructions on how to set it up.

They would have to send the person who doesn't have an account an invitation message. If I'm not mistaking, when someone sent me an invitation message, I didn't have to go through the word verification process to get an account.
