Hey Walt, I'm sorry, I'll try to do better. I was in outlook express reading my email. I opened one email then I press ESC and then delete then my screen shut off and a blue screen came on. All it said the Jaws had a problem. I couldn't do anything, but shut off my computer, because Jaws wouldn't talk. I have Jaws 7 and XP home. What does insert ctrl w do? hth Patti ----- Original Message ----- From: Walt Smith To: [email protected] Sent: Tuesday, September 12, 2006 12:13 PM Subject: Re: [jaws-users] Jaws problem
There's absolutely no way to tell from this description. What were you doing? What programs did you have open at the time? What was the exact error message (this is where that JAWS Key+CTRL+W keystroke comes in very handy)? Sorry, but there's just no information here on which to base even a wild guess. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Patti" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, September 12, 2006 12:25 PM Subject: [jaws-users] Jaws problem Hey Gang, I was reading my email and my screen went off and a blue screen with white letters saying Jaws had a problem. I had to shut off my computer. My question is why did that happen, and what can I do?
