While in IE, press insert six for the configuration manager. Press alt+S for the set options menu. Press the letter H for HTML options. control+tab to the misc tab. Now tab until you hear, Wrap Navigation, if the box isn't checked, use the spacebar to check it. Now tab enter on okay.
