David - Another comment on the JAWS "freeze" in OE: on my system, it almost always seems to happen after I've had Internet Explorer open. In fact, I just did that to conduct a Google search and then download a file that I found as a result of the search and the next time I tried to open a message in OE, it wouldn't work--had to unload it and reload it with the hot key. Thanks to another list member I already checked that out under HTML options and that fixed the issue.
