Paul - 1. The Applications Key exists only on the so-called Windows keyboards. If your keyboard has 4 keys to the right of the SPACEBAR, the Applications Key is the third key from the left or the second from the right on the right side of the SPACEBAR.
2. You have to press CTRL+TAB to bring up the Glossary, Search, and Index pages in the JAWS help. Each repetition of this key sequence will cause the help program to move to the next available interface.
