Hailley - Get a program like Belarc Advisor and run it. It will tell you _everything_ you could possibly ever need to know (and a lot you probably will _never_ need to know) about your computer, including the exact model of video card. You can download it from:
http://www.belarc.com/ The program is highly respected by computer and IT professionals. It doesn't place any spyware or adware on your system and doesn't report information to anyone. You can run it, then save the results as a text file for future reference.
