It seems to me that Freedom Scientific could have a frequently asked questions or a troubleshooting section on such issues as focus, key interrupt, etc. Some problems are so easily fixed. as an example, I had a card game that was responding very poorly. I was able to fix the problem, when I found out that key interrupt was not checked in the scripts for the game. This is normally checked by default. Thank goodness we're all here for each other, but a lot of grief could be avoided if FS compiled a list of questions and answers dealt with on a regular basis. It might also save the tech support folks a lot of headaches.
