People rarely use either the JAWS Key+F1 context JAWS help or the online
help, so why would anyone look at any other form of help? The simple fact is
that the information is there now and isn't at all difficult to use, so
people who don't use it won't use yet another form of it.

Subject: [jaws-users] Troubleshooting JAWS

It seems to me that Freedom Scientific could have a frequently asked
questions or a troubleshooting section on such issues as focus, key
interrupt, etc.
Some problems are so easily fixed.
as an example, I had a card game that was responding very poorly. I was
able to fix the problem, when I found out that key interrupt was not checked
in the scripts for the game. This is normally checked by default.
Thank goodness we're all here for each other, but a lot of grief could be
avoided if FS compiled a list of questions and answers dealt with on a
regular basis.
It might also save the tech support folks a lot of headaches.
