Can anyone please tell me how can i fix a problem that i'm having with message rules and making sure that the messages say from jaws_users folder I want all the messages that have jaws_users to go in to that folder. I don't think that this is happening. I don't know why. I have the same problem with the other messages and the other folders that i have. Is there a way to correct this problem? I would appreciate any information that anyone has. Thank you
