Yes. Let's say that you have the following purely hypothetical items that you want to arrange in order:
4 1 3 2 Highlight 4; locate the Move Down button and press it 3 times to move it below 2. Now, highlight 3 and locate Move Down and press it once. The list should now look like: 1 2 3 4 If you see the check marks (not everybody seems to and that's just a graphics labeling issue), you can just press the SPACEBAR to either hide (not checked) or show (checked) any item.
