David,

I tried Shift-Insert-V last night, but what do I change? I tried
F-1 and some other keystrokes that bring up help to try to find out
what the items do, but they didn't work. I
should know this, but what is the correct keystroke to find out?

I might be willing to try silencing all graphics on the page, but
would prefer to start with just this one.

I forgot to say I'm running IE 6 and XP Home.

    Thanks,

Margaret

Hi All,

I've noticed it on other sites, but one site I use frequently uses
"spacer" and "graphic spacer" frequently and I'd like to silence them
if
I can. JAWS 6.2
says it a graphic.

I thought maybe the same approach as the one to silence "read only
edit" in OE might work, but I'm not finding spacer in internet
explorer 5-6.jcf - JAWS Configuration Manager.

Custom labels doesn't seem to silence it if I replace it with
spaces.

I can get JAWS to stop saying the word spacer using the JAWS
dictionary, but JAWS still says "graphic" when it encounters the
graphic for spacer.

I'm not ready to have JAWS stop saying graphic with all graphics
on the site, just this one for now.

The site I use frequently is:

http://www.recordedbooks.com/

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

Margaret
