Sounds like maybe your account in OE isn't setup correctly is what I'm 
thinking..
as far as moving stuff from one folder to another are you doing this within 
OE?
Are you arrow to the item pressing control-shift-V *the move command* and 
then if you know where your want it to go*the folder in OE* I just press the 
first letter of that folder name like..J for jaws-users and then enter and 
it is moved there..
