Why do you need to select all and cut and paste? If the file is already
opened in Word, just go through your normal steps in doing a Save As (F12 or
the file menu).
Do a shift Tab to move to the Save In combo box.
Use your up and down arrows to move to "My Documents" or where ever you want
to save the file. You can also use the first letter of the folder name.
Press Enter once you find it.
Now tab to the folder list if you want to put the file in a subfolder.
Now tab to the file name edit box if you want to edit the file name before
saving it.
Tab to the save button, and you are done.

If you don't want to open the file while you are in Outlook 2003, while in
your Inbox or where ever the file is saved, hit your applications key.
Select View attachments from the menu.
Select Save from the dialog box.
>From here follow the directions above from the point of using the Shift+Tab
to get to the Save In Combo box.

HTH,
Annette

Subject: [jaws-users] renaming and saving an attachment in MS word 2003

Hi everyone,
I have a document sent to me in an attachment. The document opens up fine in
MS word 2003. I want to save the document to my list of files in Ms word
2003 on my C drive. Doing a control A in order to cut and paste doesn't seem
to work. JAWS doesn't seem to select the text. I thought about renaming the
file and putting C: in front in order to have it save to my C drive.
However, I have forgotten the rename command. I thought it was Jaws key plus
F2 or 3, but that didn't work. I thought you could do it through the edit
menu too, but I still had no luck. Hope to hear from you all soon.
Thanks a lot Jason
