Hey Jason, Some times when I do a ctrl A or you can start at the top of the folder and do a ctrl shift plus end to select all the email. Then copy, and then open up word and paste. If Jaws says nothing copy it anyway to paste it in word and then save where ever you want. hth Patti ----- Original Message ----- From: jason smith To: [email protected] Sent: Saturday, October 07, 2006 11:24 PM Subject: [jaws-users] renaming and saving an attachment in MS word 2003
Hi everyone, I have a document sent to me in an attachment. The document opens up fine in MS word 2003. I want to save the document to my list of files in Ms word 2003 on my C drive. Doing a control A in order to cut and paste doesn't seem to work. JAWS doesn't seem to select the text. I thought about renaming the file and putting C: in front in order to have it save to my C drive. However, I have forgotten the rename command. I thought it was Jaws key plus F2 or 3, but that didn't work. I thought you could do it through the edit menu too, but I still had no luck. Hope to hear from you all soon.
