October 11, sent at: 8:07 AM EST Hi, I have been helping a good friend in New Zealand Christchurch area. We have most issues worked out. One problem that still exist is his E-mail. Sorry, old age seems to forget Outlook Express or office. This is what he sent, this morning: "There is only one thing that he could not fix. All my messages in the, In, box are always unread even if I have read them. Jaws will pronounce all subjects as, Unread even the ones I have read. It is not a great issue but the one problem that had him stumped. He wondered if the colour of the envelopes was not light or dark and Jaws couldn't pick up on that." So, I have seem to have drawn a block on the way to solve this problem. If someone could advise or is it on the tech site... He is a beginner and picking up fast. Thanks for the help! Geno
