The alt b doesn't work in outlook.

When I try the alt B keystroke on a new message. It brings up the address
book. Using jaws 7.1, windows XP Pro, and MS Outlook 2003.

It just worked in this message using 7.10. Are you sure you were composing a
new message when you pressed ALT+B?

It doesn't work in 7.0 on my computer.

Whoever posted this, can you tell us what version of JAWS and Outlook you
  are using?
