Ok, I just did this as a test.. I had a folder with the name Newsletters I had to open it and move all the contents into a new folder I made before I did this action called News Items and all that worked good. I then had to delete the old folder after all the items had been moved or it won't work and I did this by alt F, F/folders D/delete it asks ya if you want to delete this.. Now after moving all the stuff to the new folder I noticed it was out of order so I just pressed the page up key and the home key and it put it in order.. So maybe the jaws users folder just needs to do this steps for it to placed in order..
