Unfortunately, I think I'll have to figure out something else besides trying 
to make a 3x5 envelope.  I'm experimenting now with ms word and the print 
setup page.  There is a 3x5 index card in there, so I guess this will have 
to work.  I just wish that I could do it the same as I do an envelope 
because it's so quick and easy.  alt t,and then e twice, paste the delivery 
address and print, and it's done, but oh well.  Did I mention that I'm lazy?

Have you tried going through the page set-up in the file menu?
 I'd imagine you can specify the size of the paper you are using there?

Otherwise, you can probably use another program like the card reader with
the Windows Address Book, or maybe using Microsoft Access to create a
database file, then putting it on index cards, which I think is one of the
options in there.
