Hi Jason, Go to your view menu by hitting alt+V, the first item to appear should be Toolbar, at which point, you arrow to the right, and down and see if address bar is checked. If it is not, then hit enter, and it will reappear.
This has happened to me also, where the address bar has mysteriously disappeared from the top of the page. There's no explanation as to why this happens, it just does. Anyway, you can go through the steps above and recheck the item.
