It can be done using the batch converter in gold wave.  I might not have a 
chance to give you further instructions until early next week as we're going 
out of state over the week end.  So if you still need directions I'll take a 
shot at it soon as I can.  I do believe that there are other gold wave users on 
this list though, so it is possible somebody else will help you out first.  

Also if anybody is interested I recently ran across a very simple to use 
program for compressing wave files down to even smaller than what a flack 
converter will do.  Obviously for the purposes of archiving such files.  It's 
called wave pack and I might put it up on the site as well in the near future.

hi all. I would like to know how to convert ogg files to MP3's using Goldwave? 
I tryedasking a few other people but they said to look in the tutorielsI have

a file from ogg to mp3 save it as a mp3 file and at what bit rate i should
