Good question. My problem is that it doesn't say anything to me!! Maybe I should uninstall adaware and re-install it, only this time try to follow some sort of installation plan. My excuse for my ineptitude is that I have never had any formal training on Jaws or computers so I have to really work on finding out how to do things.
