Me too, but at least we know how to problem solve.  Sometimes experience is 
the best teacher.  I'm much more willing to help someone if I know that 
they've really tried to figure it out first.

Good question.  My problem is that it doesn't say anything to me!!  Maybe I
should uninstall adaware and re-install it, only this time try to follow
some sort of installation plan.  My excuse for my ineptitude is that I have
never had any formal training on Jaws or computers so I have to really work
