I have just updated to ie 7 and am using jfw 7.0 and haven't had any trouble navigating the internet with it at all. there is an item unter the view menu and toolbar menu where you can check the menu bar. of course if it isn't checked, you can still press alt+v for the view menu or alt+f for the files menu and then you can use the arrow keys to move across the menus with no problem at all.
