Of course it will, unless you're talking about replying off-list to a message that you read as part of a list like this one. In that case, the easiest thing to do is to use the ReplyToOriginal Sender script in JAWS 7.0 and 7.10. In 7.0, this is pre-defined as INSERT+SHIFT+R, but in 7.10, you must define it using the Keyboard Manager. Once implemented, you can simply press the key combination to reply directly to the sender of a list message rather than send a message to the entire list.
