Okay, the test-harness (xml/test/tests.xml) now passed any namespaces
defined on the <context> element to the XPath evaluation (a-la XSLT).
Also, modified namespace-related tests to actually test things, again.
So, if my previous hacks broke your namesteps, now we can make a test-case
for it. ;)
