[Jaxen] evaluate() extension function added in cvs

Hi,

The evaluate extension function is supported by many other xpath
implementations. It allows you to execute a dynamically-constructed xpath
query. See the file xml/test/tests.xml and xml/evaluate.xml for examples.

I fixed some minor bugs in the equals and not-equals expressions when two
node-sets were compared.
