I'll second that, Danny. Their support guys are absolutely the best, especially when you consider that Temenos ties their hands by not giving them access to source code. For instance, they weren't even able to tell me what undocumented attributes in jspool_log are used for, and why some of them get wiped out when we use them. Never mind that the spooler needs major help to meet today's real world needs. Temenos would probably have a cow if they knew what we'd done to the spooler, just to meet our business needs.

BTW, many thanks to Marcie "Dot" Miller (Gebauer) for teaching me the ins and outs of Proc many years ago!

Evidently, someone or somehow a null item-id was created in the MD
file.  Removing it cleared the PROC problems experienced with the
CONTROL-CHARS command.
