You need to provide more details on what errors your are seeing. If they 
are not any of the errors explained in the 30 other posts where I answer 
this question, then please post them here. Usually it is that the latest 
SDK is not picked up correctly by jBASE and you have to set things up 
manually. Search the pasts posts for the various answers key-wording on 
the error messages you are getting.

in a nutshell, load the latest Windows SDK on your XP system, then load 
jBASE. If jBASE is already loaded you can still do it but it is easier 
the other way around. Make sure that you can type CL and LINK from a 
normal Command shell (hint: start the Windows SDK shell and see what 
varaibles it sets up in the environment, then set them up manually).
