In Pick you can do this with a 10 attribute A/S dict definition:
 
08   F;12;P;S;_
 
That correlative gives you the last value off of atb 12.  A
variant would be to replace the P with the attribute number
again:
     F;12;12;S;_
 
Give it 10 points for brevity but -9 for maintainability without
an inline comment.
 
Unfortunately, while it's a fairly well known trick in Pick-land
that doesn't work on my jBase v4.1/Windows.  Bug?  Oversight?
Intentional omission to thwart migrations?  Oh, I know... jBase
isn't Pick!   :)
