Neil, As you are aware, I know your product very well from my days at jBASE. I think the differences are clear. Yours is a green screen/ thick client and DesignBais is a browser based (very thin client).
I agree with Jim (I try not to disagree as it usually gets me fired ;-), this is not the place for a point to point comparison of the products.
