Well... probably - in most features. Pay your attention to "Change
level"

It's about the time of jbase 5.0.21 - 5.0.22. I believe Pat might shed
some light to the question whether both products are built from
similar code set.

BTW, the latest TAFC for R9 is :

Create date   : Tue Jul 13 12:16:06 2010
Patch Level   :
Change Level  : 90212

Maybe it's worth upgrading first?
