To the group:
Let's just past the normal rhetoric we'll probably see about
checking documentation and archives before someone posts.

What I'd like to know is how a jBase user can be _this_ lost when
they're supposed to have a Value-Add-Reseller, Temenos, or jBase
International serving as an upline provider for end-users like
this?

Who's collecting support fees from this poor guy? They're sure
not earning the money.

Yeah, I know some end-users jump to a forum before support, etc.
But in almost all cases the question remains as to how someone in
an end-user IT department doesn't know where their documentation
is or who to contact with this basic question. The answer to the
question is not where to find an eBook but where their
appropriate resource is for all such questions.

"Teach a man to fish and he'll eat for a day, but teach him where
to fish and he won't post sad notes in a fisherman's forum".
