Reminders can be set using DIARY events in the STANDING.ORDER applicationj - this is pretty basic as it has been around for years.
There is also a contact log (with future contacts) and campaign management and opportunities which are part of ARC-CRM These applications (in fact virtually any applications or enquiries) can be exposed to the web using TWS.
