WORKING.DAY subroutine

The core T24 subroutine WORKING.DAY has been used to find out whether the
start date and the

end dates are non-working dates.

Incoming arguments:


CAL.TYPE defaults to “”

STRAT.DATE defaults to TODAY’s date

SIGN defaults to +

DISPLACEMENT defaults to 0W

FOR.BACK.IND defaults to F

COUNTRY.CODE can be a dynamic array

REGION.CO degaults to 00
